- 1/2 cup chilled club soda
- 1 cup halved green grapes
- 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks or 1 can
- 1 cup white wine or white grape juice
Combine your pineapple, strawberries, oranges and grapes in a large bowl. Combine grape juice or wine and club soda and pour over the fruit. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours as you stir occasionally. Use a slotted spoon to serve. This should yield 8 servings.

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup minced fresh mint
